  • Depression & Anxiety (Situational or Chronic Depression; Generalized anxiety or worry; Panic Attacks)
  • Compulsive Eating Problems & Eating Disorders
  • Behavior Issues; Addictive Behaviors, Behavior Modification (Eating; Shopping & Shop-lifting; Gambling; Problems with Sleep Hygiene; Misuse of Alcohol & Drugs)

Prior Certification in E.M.D.R. (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing)

Certified in Gestalt Psychotherapy for Children & Teens (Expressive Therapies)

Certified in School Social Work (Continuing Level ESA, Inactive Status) With experience in regular classroom, special services, and alternative school environments

Certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy (Ericksonian; Inactive Member Status) These techniques are useful for stress & pain management, and guided imagery for healing

Coaching for Success; Being Coach; Advanced Coaching (Maria Nemeth, Pd.D. & Associates Training)
